Guroo Learning and AGSM partnered to deliver a comprehensive leadership transformation solution to Woodside Energy. The Navigator program, powered by Academy, was designed to enhance current capabilities and build future capacity across all employees globally. The Academy Solution


Academy (branded as Navigator for Woodside) provided the enterprise-grade infrastructure needed for this ambitious organisation-wide program:

  • Scalable multi-level architecture – Academy supported five distinct leadership phases, managing complex program structures and progression rules across different leadership levels

  • Blended delivery orchestration – The platform coordinated in-person immersions, virtual sessions, and self-paced programs within integrated development pathways

  • Curated pathway management – Academy's learning pathway functionality enabled personalised development journeys based on role, level, and organisational needs

  • Enterprise system integration – Academy integrated directly with SuccessFactors for automatic pathway assignment, employee data synchronisation, HRM integration, SSO, and automated account provisioning

  • Credential and points management – The platform managed CEMD Program Points and issued credentials through UNSW for credit towards broader award programs

  • Fully managed service model – Academy's operational features enabled AGSM and Guroo to deliver white-glove program management and learner support at scale
