In early 2020, one of our long-standing customers faced a challenge familiar to many training providers. They ran a successful leadership development business delivering mostly in-person workshops, printed workbooks, and yes, lots of spreadsheets to keep it all running. When COVID arrived, they needed to pivot online quickly. But here was the problem:
Existing LMS platforms didn't support their business model.
They weren't selling low cost one-off self-paced online courses to individuals, nor were they delivering long-form academic programs to students. They were delivering high-value cohort-based comprehensive learning to working professionals and B2B customers. The customer and learning experience delivered by B2C and academic LMS was not enough for their customers.
They asked if we could help. We looked at the market, understood the gap, and made a decision.
